- Disclaimer: 36 Point Marketing is not responsible for ensuring compliance with social media or real estate advertising regulations. Clients must provide any necessary compliance information to include in their content.
- Subscription Terms
- Month-to-Month Subscription: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.
- Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time with a minimum of 30 days' written notice. No refunds will be provided for the billing cycle in which the cancellation notice is received.
- Client Onboarding

- 36 Point Marketing will create, and post content as agreed upon during onboarding.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content, including any legal or compliance-related details.
- Payment Terms
- Monthly subscription fees are due in advance and will be automatically charged to the payment method provided by the client.
- In the event of a failed payment, access to services may be suspended until the payment is successfully processed.
- Liability and Indemnification
- 36 Point Marketing is not liable for any legal, regulatory, or compliance issues arising from the use of our services.
- Clients agree to indemnify and hold 36 Point Marketing harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from non-compliance or misuse of the content provided.
- Termination of Service
